Qualifications

• Around 5-6 years of electrical engineering experience.
• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Strong design and development experience across electrical systems.
• Experience in product development, R&D, or technology development environments.
• Commercial awareness and practical engineering approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and development activities across low-carbon hydrogen technologies.
• Support the development of new products and systems from concept to implementation.
• Work across multiple engineering projects balancing technical and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce electrical calculations, specifications, documentation and design reviews.
• Support testing, validation, prototyping and troubleshooting when needed.
• Develop practical, innovative, commercially viable solutions to complex challenges.
• Translate new ideas into real-world applications and contribute to energy transition.
