Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Building Services design for a contract role in Liverpool, with presence in the office 1 day per week. You will deliver electrical designs for major construction projects, coordinate with M&E and BIM teams, and ensure compliance with standards.

The position offers a rate up to £50 per hour (Inside IR35) for an initial 12-month duration, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Strong experience in building services design (HVAC / MEP)
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Knowledge of BIM, Revit, and design coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Are you a senior Electrical Engineer in Building Service Design and looking to work on some exciting projects? Do you want a contract role with variety?

You could work for a leading Building Services contractor, with a national presence with the following details;

Location: Liverpool (1x a week in the office)

Rate: Up to £50 per hour (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months +

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
