Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead building services projects from concept through to post-completion. You will own your work and contribute to an employee-owned business with a real stake in how it operates.

The role offers hybrid working in the West Midlands, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and interact with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Previous building services experience is essential.

Competenze

• HND minimum (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related subject.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in building services; able to run projects end-to-end.
• Strong communicator who can lead clients and teams.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical designs, keeping projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Be the main client contact and run project meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications and reports.

Overview

My well–established, expanding client is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to run building services projects from concept through to post–completion. You'll have real ownership of your work, and because their employee–owned, a real stake in how the business does.

The Electrical Design Engineer team is friendly and collaborative, and will back you with a clear path to progress.

We're recruiting now and can make offers quickly. Interviews are on Teams or in person.

Day to day

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll:

• Lead electrical designs, keeping projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
