adi Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Contracts Manager in the West Midlands. You will oversee contracts from engagement to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality. You will work with clients, engineers and subcontractors to drive performance and growth.

The role requires leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proactive customer-focused approach. A UK driving license is essential and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the electrical compliance sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience managing multiple contracts, projects and site teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and quotations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused with ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical compliance contracts from pre-contract to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams to meet safety, efficiency and deadlines.
• Develop testing schedules, project plans, RAMS, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, health and safety and client standards.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, variations and contract performance.
• Prepare quotations and tenders for small to medium electrical works.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Monitor progress, allocate resources and address risks proactively.
