Job summary

adi Electrical is seeking an experienced Compliance Contracts Manager to lead electrical compliance contracts from engagement through delivery in the West Midlands. You will oversee site teams, develop plans and RAMS, ensure regulatory and health & safety compliance, and manage budgets and variations.

The role emphasises client relations, quotations, and proactive risk management across multiple contracts for safe, on-time, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the electrical compliance sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, compliance and related regulations.
• Experience managing multiple contracts, projects and site teams simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, quotations and contract performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical compliance contracts from pre-contract stage to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely and to client deadlines.
• Develop testing schedules, project plans, RAMS and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Manage contract budgets, invoicing, variations and overall commercial performance.
• Prepare quotations and tenders for small to medium electrical works.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources and address risks proactively.
