Job summary

adi Group in the West Midlands seeks an experienced Electrical Compliance Contracts Manager to oversee multiple electrical compliance contracts from engagement to completion.

You will lead site teams, develop plans and RAMS, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and manage budgets while maintaining strong client relationships. A full UK driving license is required, and there is a clear path for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the electrical compliance sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience managing multiple contracts, projects, and site teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical compliance contracts from pre-contract to completion.
• Lead and coordinate site teams to deliver safely and on time.
• Develop testing schedules, project plans, RAMS and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety, and client standards.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, variations, and commercial performance.
• Prepare quotations and tenders for electrical works.
• Act as primary contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Monitor progress, allocate resources and address risks.
