You will lead site teams, develop plans and RAMS, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and manage budgets while maintaining strong client relationships. A full UK driving license is required, and there is a clear path for growth within the company.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing electrical compliance contracts from initial client engagement through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee multiple contracts simultaneously, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the continued success of the business.
