Cape Clarke is recruiting a Senior EL/PL Lawyer for its Huddersfield team. The role is hybrid, with one day per week in the office, and involves managing a caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims, primarily Fast Track.

Qualifications

• Previous EL/PL litigation experience
• Experience handling litigated Fast Track claims
• Exposure to Intermediate Track and/or Multi-Track work
• Strong technical ability and case management skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of litigated Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims
• Work as part of a supportive litigation team and provide updates to supervisors
