Role: EL/PL Personal Injury Litigator
Salary: £26,332-£37,500, depending on experience

CRA Consulting is recruiting an EL/PL Personal Injury Litigator for an established personal injury legal business in Wakefield.

This is an opportunity to manage your own claimant caseload within a specialist team, with hybrid working, a discretionary bonus and a strong commitment to professional development.

You will handle Fast Track Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims, supporting clients through investigation, evidence gathering, negotiation and litigation. The role offers varied casework and responsibility for securing outcomes that reflect the impact of each client's injuries.

It would suit a personal injury professional who enjoys investigating liability, building strong claims and taking a proactive approach to settlement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of claimant EL/PL injury claims.
• Investigating liability, causation and quantum.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Confidence managing competing priorities and procedural deadlines.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and case-management discipline.

Experience of disease and repetitive strain injury claims would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
