Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Manchester is seeking a Employers' Liability Litigation Executive. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload involving liability and quantum on Fast-Track and Multi-Track cases. Ideally, you will have over 2 years of experience handling EL/PL cases. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling an EL/PL caseload is required.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload advising on liability and quantum.
• Draft witness statements and review expert evidence.
• Attend conferences and trials, assessing quantum and making offers of settlement.
