Job summary

UK Power Networks in Kent is seeking a Senior Authorised Person (preferably 132kV or 33kV) to lead construction activities for assets up to 132kV, within the Capital Programme and Procurement team. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors and contractors to keep projects on time, on budget and compliant with H&S and Distribution Safety Rules.

The role includes managing budgets, supervising teams, deputising for Construction Manager, and identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior Authorised Person with distribution system experience up to 132kV.
• Experience delivering construction programmes for assets from 400V to 132kV.
• Full UK driving licence and relevant safety qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction programmes for 400V–132kV assets.
• Manage budgets and supervise project teams and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and Distribution Safety Rules.
