Job summary

Databricks seeks a Solutions Architect (EDW Migrations) to lead migration initiatives across EMEA, partnering with GTM leadership and account teams to design adoption strategies for large-scale EDW migrations to the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You will develop programmatic assets, technical guides, and assessment tooling while mentoring regional Solutions Architects and SSAs to scale adoption and ensure success in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, architect or consulting roles influencing executives and driving modernization strategy.
• Deep understanding of legacy EDW systems and modern data architectures.
• Experience guiding migrations from EDW to modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional migration strategy with GTM leadership and account teams.
• Architect and refine programmatic migration assets and technical guides.
