Job summary

You will lead on specialist areas, deliver high-quality consultation and assessment, and work across education, health and care to develop innovative services. A strong track record in strategic project leadership and workforce development will be essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Educational Psychologist registered with HCPC.
• Strong track record applying psychology to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Experience leading projects and service development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a designated specialist area of practice to shape service delivery.
• Provide consultation and assessment for children and families across settings.
• Represent the service on strategic boards and partnerships across education, health and care.
• Drive county-wide service development projects and scalable improvements.
• Support workforce development through supervision, mentoring and professional learning.
