Job summary

KPI Education is recruiting an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester team. You will source, register and support graduates for vacancies in our partner schools, helping manage the candidate journey from application to interview and placement.

You will work closely with the Director and senior team, developing recruitment skills and aiming to eventually run your own desk in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and registering talented graduates for our partner schools.
  • Advertising live vacancies across job boards and other recruitment channels.
  • Writing clear, engaging and accurate job advertisements.
  • Screening applications and speaking with prospective candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.
  • Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
  • Checking candidates in for interviews.
  • Arranging Microsoft Teams calls and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Communicating professionally with candidates, schools and colleagues.
  • Supporting the Director and senior team with administrative and recruitment tasks.
  • Ensuring every detail is checked and all recruitment activity is completed to a high standard.
  • Developing knowledge and skills required to progress towards managing your own recruitment desk.

Education Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Manchester office
Salary: £26,600-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience
Additional earnings: Opportunity to earn commission
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start date: ASAP

KPI Education is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Manchester.

Part of KPI Recruiting, we specialise in connecting talented graduates and education professionals with schools across London and the wider UK. We work closely with our partner schools to understand their staffing needs and identify candidates who can make a genuine difference in the classroom.

Our fast-paced, supportive environment provides an excellent place to begin and develop a rewarding career in education recruitment. This position would particularly suit someone who wants to gain valuable recruitment experience before progressing to take full responsibility for running their own recruitment desk.

The role

You will play an important part in finding, engaging and registering high-quality graduates for vacancies within our London-based schools. About you

This position would suit a strong academic graduate who is keen to build a career in recruitment. Applications from graduates of Russell Group universities are particularly welcomed, although candidates from all university backgrounds who can demonstrate excellent academic ability will be considered.
