The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a temporary senior post within the Corporate Services team of Community Accommodation Services to lead the EDIB portfolio and support planning, governance and regional delivery. The role requires recognised probation or Level 5 leadership qualifications and is UK-wide with hybrid work options.

You will coordinate cross-team activity, manage estates and risk considerations, and report to senior stakeholders while supporting the Head of Corporate Services

Formación

• Probation-related academic qualifications meeting the level 5 leadership requirement.
• Alternate routes recognised under section 10 of the Offender Management Act 2007 are acceptable.
• Leadership or management qualification at Level 5 or above is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CAS EDIB team and oversee delivery of associated plans.
• Support the Head of Corporate Services on business planning, risk and workforce planning.
• Coordinate Change, Corporate Services and Business Manager activity across CAS with governance and reporting.
• Lead regional projects and portfolios, including equality, diversity, reward and recognition, with action plans and health and safety compliance.
• Hold senior management responsibility for estates, buildings, maintenance and stabilisation in the Region.

Probation Qualification Framework graduate diploma or honours degree in Community Justice with Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice
