Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Band 10 project governance lead to oversee the governance of the Norwich Service Centre expansion, covering the East of England, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The role involves senior stakeholders, including Regional Probation Directors and Ministers, with around 60% office-based attendance and hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full governance arrangements for the Service Centre expansion project.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Report on progress across the programme.
• Ensure clear and effective decision-making.
• Deliver the expansion of the Norwich Service Centre to the East of England, Kent, Surrey and Sussex, alongside London and national service lines.
• Work within the governance of the Our Future Probation Service Programme.
• Work closely with Regional Probation Directors, Area Executive Directors, Executive Directors and Ministers.
