Signet Jewelers (H. Samuel & Ernest Jones) in Watford is seeking a Digital Trading Manager to own the online commercial performance, driving revenue, conversion and customer engagement through a data-led trading strategy.

You will lead a cross-functional team across Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics and Technology, shaping strategy, campaigns and site experience to accelerate digital growth and deliver an exceptional online shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Significant ecommerce trading leadership experience.
• Proven ability to grow online revenue and optimize performance using data.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the H. Samuel website, delivering revenue, conversion and profitability targets.
• Define and deliver the digital trading strategy to support immediate and long-term growth.
• Lead the trading calendar with campaigns and seasonal events online.
• Use data and customer behavior to identify opportunities, optimize performance and inform decisions.
• Champion testing, personalisation and conversion optimization of the customer journey.
• Lead onsite merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation to maximise sales.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver aligned commercial outcomes.
• Provide insights and updates to senior stakeholders and influence investments.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Trading team.
