Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to take overall ownership of the commercial performance and trading strategy for Joma Jewellery’s digital business. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how Joma Jewellery trades and grows through its digital channel.

You’ll own online sales performance, ensuring the website delivers against its commercial targets. You’ll turn commercial and customer insight into clear trading actions, using performance data and market opportunities to optimise the online customer journey and maximise sales. You’ll use commercial judgement to set priorities, identify opportunities for growth and balance short-term trading performance with longer-term commercial objectives.

You’ll also own the Joma Jewellery trading calendar, translating the brand, product and commercial strategy into a clear digital trading plan. You’ll ensure product launches, campaigns, promotions and key gifting moments are planned and delivered effectively, with every opportunity optimised to achieve its full commercial potential.

Working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative, UX and Development, you’ll bring teams together around clear commercial priorities and influence cross-functional decision making. You’ll ensure activity delivers a seamless, inspiring and commercially effective customer experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re commercially focused, analytical and able to turn insight into clear actions and priorities. You’ll enjoy using performance data and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and applying commercial judgement to optimise trading performance. Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to take ownership of Joma Jewellery’s digital trading strategy and play a key role in shaping how the brand trades and grows through its digital channel.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, spending an average of three days a week with the team, alongside the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
