Job summary

SEVENSTORE is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our Ecommerce team. You will drive onsite performance, support trading strategy, and enhance customer journeys across the website.

Working closely with the Digital Trade Manager, you will own key trading areas, mentor Executives, and translate commercial strategy into day‑to‑day execution. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Art teams to update content, run on‑site optimisations, and develop segmented customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive ecommerce trading experience with a focus on onsite performance.
• Strong understanding of onsite merchandising and CRO principles.
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into day‑to‑day execution.
• Experience using analytics tools to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Trade Manager in delivering the ecommerce trading strategy to improve conversion, revenue, margin and customer experience
• Own day‑to‑day onsite trading across priority categories, campaigns and launches
• Lead onsite execution of trade calendars, promotions and brand moments
• Take accountability for site merchandising performance across navigation, PLPs, search, collections and landing pages
• Identify commercial opportunities through performance analysis and customer insights; support forecasting and performance reviews
• Act as a point of contact for Creative, UX, CRM, Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver aligned onsite activity
• Support SEO‑led content initiatives and optimisation of onsite search and merchandising logic
• Ensure stock availability, sell‑through and margin considerations are reflected in onsite decisions
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and maintain high trading standards at all times
• Support affiliate activity to align campaigns with trading priorities
