What you'll be doing

This role will be responsible for all digital platforms with a focus on driving commercial success through decision-making. Ensuring onsite merchandising aligns with the Travis Perkins trading plan by delivering a best-in-class website experience and utilizing onsite personalisation tools to keep the website relevant.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and deliver the digital merchandising and site experience vision, including product presentation, website usability, and cross-device improvements to increase conversion rates, AOV, and margin.
  • Drive onsite promotion planning and extended range offerings to exceed sales budgets.
  • Coordinate with Buyers and Planners to execute optimised buys, create class-level plans for web exclusives, core attachments, and extended assortments, and evaluate product mix based on activity and trends.
  • Manage traffic-driving marketing activities such as SEO, PPC, affiliates, and other digital channels.
  • Oversee elements of Group Data Management to ensure a top-tier website experience for customers.
  • Conduct specialised online merchandising tasks, including homepage clicks, basket content analysis, campaign end analysis, sales volumes, basket abandonment, and traffic analysis.
  • Regularly check website accuracy and relevancy of navigation, search, and product placement.
