Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working in a similar Ecommerce/Digital role, preferably within an ecommerce, retail, or consumer sector
• Proven people management experience

Responsibilities

• Product management: update product listings and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Campaign execution: plan and implement online campaigns using trends and promotions.
• Content & merchandising updates: refresh website content, banners and product descriptions.
• Data analysis: analyze sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends.
• Support online strategy: collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive online growth.
• Sales & performance monitoring: track sales by category and adjust stock levels.
• Collaboration with buying: ensure alignment on product selection, availability and pricing.
• Channel optimisation: work with marketing to optimise ecommerce traffic across channels.
• Alignment with online IT: coordinate with development to resolve website issues.
