Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Chester is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join our team. You’ll support day-to-day running and performance of the ecommerce channel, working across online trading, merchandising, promotions, product management and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years’ ecommerce experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C, along with previous team management experience. This role requires 4 days per week in the Chester office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online product listings and website content.

• Analyse sales, customer behaviour and trading performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and online sales.
• Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and Development teams.
• Monitor product availability, pricing and stock performance.
• Support and manage team members within the eCommerce function.

We're recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join a growing consumer business based in Chester.

This role would suit someone with 3-4+ years' ecommerce experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C, along with previous team management experience.

You’ll support the day-to-day running and performance of the ecommerce channel, working across online trading, merchandising, promotions, product management and performance analysis.
