Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join a growing consumer business based in Chester. You’ll support the day-to-day running and performance of the ecommerce channel, working across online trading, merchandising, promotions, product management and performance analysis.

The role requires 3-4+ years ecommerce experience with a background in retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C and previous team management.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years ecommerce experience in retail/FMCG/D2C.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience with online trading, merchandising and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online product listings and website content.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour and trading performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and online sales.
• Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain and Development teams.
• Monitor product availability, pricing and stock performance.
• Support and manage team members within the eCommerce function.

We're recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join a growing consumer business based in Chester.

This role would suit someone with 3-4+ years' ecommerce experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or D2C, along with previous team management experience.

You’ll support the day-to-day running and performance of the ecommerce channel, working across online trading, merchandising, promotions, product management and performance analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ ecommerce experience

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Happy to work 4 days per week from the Chester office

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 + benefits
