Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking an ambitious eCommerce Development Manager to join CPUK on a temporary basis, with hybrid working in Welwyn Garden City. You’ll drive online growth for major UK retailers and manage budgets and agency partners while partnering with Sales, Marketing and Category teams.

You'll lead strategic initiatives to optimise digital shelf performance, translate data into actionable insights, and upskill colleagues across the business as part of a cross-functional Digital Commerce Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, Sales, Marketing, Category or related commercial function.
• Strong ability to translate data into practical actions that drive growth.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and online retailers or marketplaces.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating projects and delivering results against tight deadlines.
• Understanding of online retail fundamentals and commercial decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activation and execution of the UK eCommerce strategy with Sales teams to grow online sales and market share.
• Drive Digital Shelf improvements across retailer platforms through content optimisation and best-practice execution.
• Translate shopper data into actionable recommendations and create dashboards for decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with eRetailer contacts, retailer media networks and agency partners.
• Manage always-on eCommerce budgets and coordinate agency partners to ensure compliant execution.
• Act as an eCommerce champion across CPUK, upskilling colleagues and promoting digital commerce knowledge.
