Glebe Farm Nursery in Lincoln is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) to support care, learning and development for children. You will deliver care while supervising your team, maintaining safeguarding standards and strong record keeping.

Salary: £13.75 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications

You’ll be joining Glebe Farm Nursery as a key part of every child’s journey, keeping our children safe, loved and inspired through play-based learning.
Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school, but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.
Day to day, you will deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team.
You’ll identify areas for improvements whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals. As the Senior Early Years Educator (Nursery Room Leader) you will work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
