You’ll be helping to providecover for the children asand when needed. This could befor periods of holiday, sickness, or evenvacancy gaps. Sometimes you'll support forafull day, or it may just be amorning or afternoon session. You'll likely start most of yourdays with afully formulated plan.... That will soonget completely derailed though... Pivoting when the circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in child care!
Creativity is key.Teaching young children allows forhands onarts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It's important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course we work within theEYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
You’re a Level 2 or abovequalified, Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar and you're looking for an Early Years Educator/Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner role that allows you flexibility of working shifts around your other commitments.
You enjoy supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children and were born to teach and shape the future of our younger generations.
