Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Senior E-commerce Implementation Consultant to own the delivery of ecommerce solutions from discovery to go-live, leveraging APIs and AI-driven capabilities to boost customer experience and revenue.

You will collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Development, Data & Integration, and Customer Success teams, mentoring peers and advancing best practices in an AI-enabled delivery environment under a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ecommerce implementations.
• Experience with B2B or B2C ecommerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Conduct workshops to understand business processes and requirements.
• Configure ecommerce platforms and integrations with ERP/CRM/ gateways and marketplaces.
• Design and deliver automation to streamline onboarding, product management, orders, and communications.
• Advise on ecommerce best practices and scalable architectures.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to best practices in delivery.
