Job summary

Klipboard seeks a Senior E-commerce Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end ecommerce projects from discovery to go-live, configuring platforms and integrating ERP/CRM, while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements for clients worldwide.

You will mentor colleagues, define best practices, and contribute to scalable, repeatable delivery across Professional Services. Strong consultancy and workshop skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ecommerce implementations.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C platforms.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce processes (catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, fulfilment).
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data exchange concepts.
• Experience using automation/workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of AI applications in ecommerce, customer service, and analytics.
• Excellent client-facing consultancy and stakeholder management.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate needs into designs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Highly organised with multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce implementations from discovery to go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, quality and commercial objectives.
• Run workshops to map processes, journeys and requirements.
• Configure platforms and integrate with ERP, CRM, payments, shipping, marketplaces and third-party apps.
• Design and deliver automation for onboarding, product management, orders, fulfilment and communications.
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency, engagement, content, analytics and support.
• Advise clients on best practices, transformations and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with Data & Integration teams on API, middleware and ETL needs.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and go-live readiness; deliver training and knowledge transfer.
