Job summary

Klipboard is expanding its global team and seeks a Senior E-commerce Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end e-commerce projects from discovery to go-live. You’ll work closely with customers to transform digital commerce capabilities using modern platforms, APIs, and AI-driven solutions to boost revenue and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Development, Data & Integration, and Customer Success teams, mentoring peers and driving best practices in

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end e-commerce implementations.
• Demonstrable experience with B2B and/or B2C commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, including catalogue management, pricing, promotions, checkout, payment processing, fulfilment, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce implementation projects from discovery through go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Conduct workshops to understand customer business processes, digital commerce strategies, customer journeys, and operational requirements.
• Configure and implement e-commerce platforms and integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, shipping providers and marketplaces.
• Design and deliver automation solutions to streamline onboarding, product management, order processing, fulfilment, and customer communications.
• Apply AI technologies to improve efficiency, engagement, personalisation, analytics and support processes.
