Job summary

ShareForce Ltd. is looking for a consulting-led Senior Project Manager to deliver ambitious business transformation projects for a major global Microsoft partner.

You will own complex engagements, shape delivery strategy, and manage senior sponsors across ERP programmes including Dynamics 365 F&O and related cloud/data/AI initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from mobilisation through go-live, with responsibilities for budgets, risks and change control.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering substantial ERP or business transformation projects in a consultancy, SI, or Microsoft partner.
• Strong delivery leadership across complex engagements with executive sponsors.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and change control in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery strategy and plan for complex client engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, data and change
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and recovery across full delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure data migration, integration, testing, and cutover are well-planned and owned.
• Negotiate changes with clients to protect the relationship and commercial health.
