Falcon Smart IT in London is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant and Product Owner to lead the design, evolution, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.

The role combines deep Dynamics 365 expertise with strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and agile product ownership to drive the strategic roadmap and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.
• Expert in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights, and related tools.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile product ownership and delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM product roadmap and backlog (epics, features, user stories).
• Design and optimize lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-cash processes.
• Lead collaboration with business leaders to identify process improvements and digital transformation.
• Design customer service, customer insights, and journey use cases to drive value.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure acceptance criteria for UAT.
