Job summary

ShareForce is seeking a consulting-led Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile business transformations for a major Microsoft partner, focusing on Dynamics 365 F&O and related platforms. You will lead complex client engagements, mobilise multidisciplinary teams, and guide delivery from mobilisation to go-live and beyond.

You will shape delivery strategy, manage scope, budget and change control, and engage senior stakeholders to translate technology into measurable business value while

Qualifications

• Experience leading substantial ERP or business transformation projects in a consultancy, SI, or Microsoft partner.
• Delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O programmes with awareness of dependencies and risks.
• Ownership of project commercials: budgets, forecasting, resources and change control.
• Confidently engaging senior stakeholders and resolving delivery or commercial issues.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across client organisations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex client engagements from mobilisation to go-live and transition.
• Shape delivery approaches, governance, plans and resourcing for scale and complexity.
• Own milestones, dependencies, risks and recovery plans across the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure data migration, integration, testing, readiness and cutover with clear ownership.
• Negotiate changes with clients and manage the transition from sales to delivery.
