Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Dynamics Solutions Specialist to plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics-based solutions for customers, collaborating with development teams and directly with clients.

You will drive cloud adoption, work with Solution Architects, and manage the product lifecycle while continually expanding knowledge of D365, Power Platform, Azure, and DevOps practices. Active security clearance is a must.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies (D365 CE/Power Platform) and associated ALM strategies.
• Experience delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps teams.
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is a must for this role.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with APIs or third-party solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Customer Insights applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers.
• Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions and provide technical advice to team members.
• Engage with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with solution design/project plans.
• Continue to develop product and technology knowledge to deliver the best solutions for the customer.
• Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
• Management of solutions through the application lifecycle.
