Job summary

Active Travel England seeks a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a 6-month contract, hybrid in York. The role focuses on stabilising the Dynamics 365 estate, resolving issues, and ensuring a scalable platform to support future digital services.

You will lead technical design, improve configurations, and guide stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver robust Dynamics and Power Platform solutions aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Platform components.
• Experience leading configuration, improvement and assurance of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Ability to review, design and oversee technical/dnancements in Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership and assurance across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate.
• Review current Dynamics 365 implementation to identify issues and guide resolution.
• Design and oversee technical and functional enhancements to Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with service owners, delivery teams and external suppliers to translate requirements.
• Support capability building with knowledge sharing and best-practices.
