Job summary

Clarion Housing is seeking a senior hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service specialist to lead complex builds and resolve production issues. You will guide the team, mentor two Technical Consultants, and work with the Field Service Architect to deliver robust solutions on the Power Platform stack.

The role emphasizes practical delivery, strong engineering practices, and flexible hybrid work with base locations across England. UK eligibility is required and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience building, extending, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of the wider Power Platform and Dataverse for Field Service design and build decisions.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technical staff and managing a small team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex builds and resolve production issues in the Dynamics 365 Field Service platform.
• Coach and guide two Technical Consultants to raise engineering standards.
