Benefact Group plc in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to advance the adoption of the D365 platform, working with business and technical teams to identify opportunities that drive growth and improvement. Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, participate in discovery workshops, and lead proof-of-concept activities with partners.

Join a collaborative culture with a 35-hour week and a 4.5 month Inside IR35 contract.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service) and Power Platform.
Senior or lead consultant with track record delivering with business stakeholders.
Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices, integration patterns and data management.
Experience producing high-quality solution designs, standards and best practices.
Excellent communication translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Participate in discovery workshops to understand business opportunities and requirements.
Lead proof-of-concept and innovation initiatives with delivery partners and teams.
Author functional/technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation guidance.
Act as a technology and delivery coach, mentoring team members to strengthen capability.
