Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer to configure, develop, integrate, and support a large-scale D365 CRM platform in a hybrid London-based setup or fully remote from anywhere in the UK with occasional travel to London.

You will implement Customer Engagement apps, power platform customisations, and secure integrations with identity, contact centre, document exchange, fraud, and data services. Strong DevOps/ALM and security practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Customer Service, Sales, case management).
• Develop customisations using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, rules, plugins).
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management; event-driven patterns.
• Implement customer, case, interaction, and channel-management across digital and assisted-service channels.
• Support integration with identity, CCaaS, secure document exchange, fraud, knowledge, and data platforms.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, reporting, dashboards, and AI/Copilot features.
• Build secure CI/CD pipelines, ALM processes, environment strategy, deployment for D365/Power Platform.
• Apply secure-by-design principles and data protection requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform/integration issues across environments.
• Produce technical documentation and transfer knowledge to teams.
