Job summary

Premium Credit Limited is seeking a CRM Developer to join a hybrid team in London. You will act as the technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, designing, developing, and delivering new CRM features while supporting and evolving existing solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to implement high-quality CRM solutions. The position requires 5+ years of Dynamics experience, strong CE, and a track record with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience with extensive technical knowledge (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows).
• Strong configuration and customisation skills within Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service.
• Data migration and large-scale deployment experience.
• SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit.
• Designing, developing and implementing new CRM features and enhancements.
• Supporting and improving existing Dynamics solutions.
• Developing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
• Producing functional and technical solution designs.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring technical best practice.
• Supporting testing, releases and deployment activities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer outcomes.
• Keeping abreast of Microsoft's latest Dynamics and Power Platform developments.
