Job summary

Maxwell Bond in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst to join a global tech and security leader. You’ll own the Dynamics CRM environment and act as UK liaison with business teams and suppliers.

The role focuses on Dynamics 365 CRM, with future scope to broaden into sales systems and global CRM rollout, requiring strong problem solving and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance

I’m working with a global tech and security leader that is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst to join their team. They’re a well-established organisation with a huge international footprint, so there’s plenty of scale and complexity behind their technology estate.

This is a great opportunity for a Dynamics 365 professional to take ownership of a key CRM environment while developing into a broader Business Systems role. This is initially focused on MS Dynamics 365 CRM, where you’ll be the key UK point of contact between the business, internal teams and 3rd-party suppliers. You’ll be involved in CRM support and improvements, gathering business requirements, integrations, testing and system rollouts.

The longer-term opportunity is particularly interesting, as the role will become broader and more focused on business process improvement, Sales systems and the rollout of a global CRM platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Support and improve Dynamics 365 CRM, alongside other CRM ecosystems used including Power Platform, Dataverse, CPQ.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Manage testing, releases and system rollouts
• Work across integrations, APIs and 3rd-party systems
• Identify opportunities to improve Sales and Operational processes
• Help shape the transition towards a new global CRM platform
