Job summary

Burns Sheehan is recruiting a Dynamics Developer in London to support the ongoing development and optimisation of a Dynamics 365 estate. The role spans hands-on development, platform improvements and BAU support across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and F&O.

You will design, build and test solutions, develop Power Platform apps, plugins and integrations, and work with Azure DevOps and Dataverse while aligning with the organisation's SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Dynamics 365, ideally Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
• Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Dataverse, APIs and integrations.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, SDLC and release management.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and test Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and F&O.
• Develop model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, business rules and flows.
• Configure entities, forms, views, security roles and permissions.
• Build and maintain CRM integrations with internal/external systems.
• Develop C# plugins and support Azure Functions / integrations.
• Improve processes and deliver new functionality from the business backlog.
• Support day-to-day maintenance, optimisation, performance tuning and data maintenance.
• Gather requirements, test solutions and document changes with business users.
• Follow SDLC, deployment, version-control and testing practices.
• Utilise Azure DevOps for requirements and documentation.

A well-established London-based business is hiring a Dynamics Developer to support the continued development and optimisation of its Dynamics 365 estate.

The organisation has recently completed a major phase of its migration from an on-premise CRM platform to Dynamics 365 Online. With most core processes now live, the focus is on improving functionality, closing remaining gaps, delivering new business requirements and supporting the platform as it becomes increasingly business critical.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform developer who enjoys solving practical business problems and working across both project delivery and BAU improvement.

• Design, build and test Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and F&O
• Develop model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate cloud flows, business rules and business process flows
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities/tables, forms, views, security roles and permissions
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM and internal/external systems
• Develop C# plugins and support Azure Functions / wider integration capability
• Improve existing processes and deliver new functionality from the business backlog
• Support day-to-day maintenance, optimisation, performance tuning and data maintenance
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, test solutions and document changes
• Follow robust SDLC, deployment, version-control, testing and risk-management practices

• PL-900 certification or equivalent Power Platform knowledge
• Exposure to Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
