Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering a varied portfolio of infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK.

The role focuses on drainage design across water projects, data centres, highways schemes and theme park developments, with Chartered status desirable and hybrid working from any UK office. Hybrid working is available from any UK office; 6-month contract; Inside IR35.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of post-graduate drainage engineering experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong drainage and infrastructure design experience.
• Experience using Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of Section 278 and Section 38 agreements.

Responsibilities

• Delivering drainage design across infrastructure and development projects.
• Designing surface water and associated drainage systems.
• Supporting drainage design for water and data centre developments.
• Working across highways and access road schemes.
• Coordinating drainage requirements with highways and wider civil engineering disciplines.
• Producing and developing designs using Civil 3D, InfoDrainage and Flow.
