Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior drainage engineer to lead drainage design for complex highway, rail and transport projects across the UK. You will shape feasibility, optioneering and detailed design, providing technical judgment and delivering practical, sustainable outcomes.

You’ll also mentor engineers, develop capability within the drainage team, and collaborate with clients and specialists to grow Jacobs’ drainage capability across bids and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in drainage engineering for highways or rail projects.
• Ability to lead drainage design and provide assurance on complex schemes.
• Experience guiding projects through multiple design and delivery stages.
