Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to lead drainage solutions for complex highway and rail projects in the UK. You will provide technical leadership, shape design decisions, and ensure deliverables are practical, sustainable and high quality.

You will also mentor engineers, develop technical capability across the drainage team, and collaborate with clients to drive better project outcomes from feasibility through delivery, while benefiting from Jacobs' hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in drainage engineering within highways, rail or comparable infrastructure.
• Technical leadership to lead drainage design and provide assurance on complex projects.
• Experience guiding drainage projects through multiple stages of design and delivery.
• Knowledge of UK drainage design principles and standards (DMRB and rail standards).
