Job summary

Owen Reed Ltd is seeking an experienced DP Operator in London to join our Document Services team. The role requires advanced document-production skills, high accuracy and the ability to interpret detailed work requests and complex projects.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and the flexibility to work Thursday to Monday, 6.00am–2.00pm with overtime as needed. Fluency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree or business certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as a word processor in a legal or financial services setting required.
• Must be able to meet demanding deadlines while delivering high-quality client service.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive, collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Revise, format, cross-reference and compare documents with high accuracy.
• Convert documents to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio per best practices.
• Generate, update and revise tables of contents.
• Create and run mail merges; perform defined-terms checks.
• Modify, compile and redact PDFs; maintain branding standards in outputs.
• Create forms, binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat.
• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations; design org charts and timelines in Visio.
• Format documents in Excel, including basic formulas and charts; provide client tech support.
