Owen Reed is seeking an experienced Document Services Operator to join a prestigious firm in London. The role focuses on high-precision document production, formatting and cross-referencing across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree or equivalent, extensive Word processing experience in legal or financial services, and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines with superb client service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• College degree or business certification preferred; equivalent professional experience also considered.
• Previous experience as a word processor in a legal or financial services environment is required.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines in a high-pressure setting with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Edit, format, compare and cross-reference documents with precision.
• Convert documents to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio following firm standards.
• Produce and update tables of contents, mail merges and formatted documents.
• Redact, modify, and reformat PDFs; create forms and electronic binders.
• Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and organizational charts using Visio.
