Job summary

Palo Alto Networks (Idira) is seeking a Domain Consultant/Senior Solutions Engineer for the UK&I region. You will work with our existing customer base, design new standard access approaches, and apply Zero-Trust principles to match business requirements with the Idira Identity Security Platform.

This role combines technical pre-sales and architectural work, requiring strong communication across business and technical stakeholders to drive technical wins and secure identities across complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales and/or professional services experience in high-tech sales.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, cloud architecture and identity management.
• CISSP or CISA certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Technical pre-sales support – solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, etc.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in Identity Security.
• Establish new standard approaches for deploying Idira's Identity Security Platform.
• Create tailored solutions and redesign access concepts for customer digital transformation.
• Lead technical customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing relationships within existing customers.
• Support Idira and partner seminars and industry trade shows.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Develop technical knowledge of Idira and related technologies/integrations.
• Mentor other solutions engineers when appropriate.
