Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Senior Document Controller to govern data flows across BIM 360 Docs, client CDEs and subcontractor systems on site across the North East region. The role manages and mentors a document control team, conducts performance reviews and ensures adherence to company procedures.

You will work to the Project Information Plan and Asset Information Plan, set up projects in BIM 360 NextGen, and drive continuous improvement in information management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in document control for engineering/construction projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing a team.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 Docs and common data environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the document control team and ensure data integrity and timely information flow.
• Set up projects in BIM 360 NextGen/ACC and roll out ACC to projects.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in information management.
