Job summary

Wates Residential in Basingstoke is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join the Southern team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will drive digital information management and ensure an accurate, compliant Golden Thread across projects, working with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of CDEs, BIM, ISO 19650 and information security principles, with hands-on experience in Dalux or Viewpoint 4Projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control and information management within construction.

Responsibilities

• Track information deliverables against MIDPs and identify non-compliance.
• Establish and monitor information exchange processes and naming protocols.
• Act as the main contact for project information management and CDE support.
• Configure and maintain project reporting using information compliance metrics.
• Support the implementation and administration of CDEs.
• Perform information and data quality checks for compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to keep an accurate digital record through delivery.
