Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks a Senior Director, Platform Delivery in a remote capacity to champion a unified, platform-level customer experience across services, implementation, and COE governance. You will drive multi-product delivery strategy for global accounts, ensuring data-integrated, compliant solutions and long-term customer health.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and deliver scalable governance frameworks to accelerate

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in life sciences or clinical trials operational delivery.
• Proven ability to turn fragmented delivery into scalable, platform-level execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence with C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Holistic Customer Ownership (Services Level)
• Unified Delivery Voice: escalation point and strategic partner for key accounts across post-sales implementation and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Value Realisation: shift services relationship to a strategic partnership focusing on clinical trial optimisation and faster study build times.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: bridge Sales, Product/R&D, and Customer Success to ensure client feedback shapes the product roadmap.
• Platform-Level Delivery Paradigm: de-silo experiences and treat data as a continuous stream across the trial lifecycle.
• Driving the COE & Implementation Teams: scale the COE, mentor teams, and drive governance models aligned with client needs.
• Deep Product & Domain Fluency: maintain technical credibility and life sciences/domain expertise for executives.
