Job summary

Medidata Solutions, Inc. in London seeks a Senior Director of Platform Delivery to champion a unified, platform-level delivery model across Professional Services. You will lead Centre of Excellence structures and coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximise customer value and platform adoption.

You will guide large-scale governance, drive strategic partnerships with key accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across the clinical trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in clinical trials life sciences operational delivery.
• Experience delivering complex customer delivery programs at Director or Senior Director level.
• Proven ability to transform fragmented operations into scalable delivery frameworks.
• Ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional peers.

Responsibilities

• Own holistic customer delivery voice across services and platform delivery.
• Drive value realisation: move from tactical troubleshooting to strategic partnership.
• Align Sales, Product/R&D, and Customer Success to feed feedback into the product roadmap.
• De-silo delivery across Rave EDC, RTSM, and eCOA as an interconnected ecosystem.
• Mentor and scale COE/Implementation teams, optimize resources and governance.
